Attention to detail, consistency, and cleanliness are extremely important in this role. We have locations in the South Loop and Pilsen and soon-to-be open in Bridgeport and Printer’s Row.

  • We’re looking for friendly and energetic people to join our front of house team. You should be able to communicate a knowledgeable and approachable perspective to coffee, pastries and our scratch-made menu items in a fast-paced work environment. You enjoy providing excellent customer service and guiding guests to make decisions about our locally sourced products through your personal experience and expertise. You provide a warm and welcoming environment by greeting and engaging with guests.

  • We are looking for a Pastry Assistant, Lead Baker, and Bakers to help our operations in both retail AND wholesale scratch bakery. You must be organized, bright, and have amazing attention to detail. You also have real pastry kitchen or bakery experience and a proven track record of getting things done. The ability to maintain high quality, consistency, and cleanliness while working in a fast-paced environment is a MUST.

    Currently hiring for our Pilsen bakehouse and our soon-to-open Bridgeport and Printer’s Row locations.

  • We’re a small team looking to hire strong workers for our South Loop location and our soon-to-open Bridgeport and Printer’s Row locations. Our farm-to-table, rotating menu focuses on locally sourced and in-season produce and ingredients.

    This position will require you to work independently and with our team. Attention to detail, consistency, and cleanliness are extremely important in our kitchens. Self confidence and a willingness to support your fellow team members are key.

    Full-time and part-time hours available. Experience is required.

  • We’re looking for a prep cook/dishwasher to assist our back of house operations. Our ideal team member is kind, positive, and works well with others.
