WHAT ARE WE ALL ABOUT?

The goal of the Spoke & Bird is to provide delicious and healthy food at reasonable prices to the communities we become a part of. We strive to create a welcoming and inviting environment, be an organization that employees are proud to be part of and a place in which they can take ownership and improve. The Spoke & Bird concept is built upon the increasing desire for healthy and affordable food and beverages as well as a space in which to enjoy all three.

WHY DO WE THINK THIS IS SPECIAL?

Our menus and products are straightforward. It’s modern American food with French inspiration... especially with our baked goods. This gives us leeway to play around with many categories and different techniques.

A majority of our menus come from local farms, small purveyors… and that’s something we're gonna stick with.

We work with over thirty local farms, many urban farms... so many they fill the entire back page of the menu, and we are constantly on the lookout for more. Additionally, we make a concerted effort to use products that are produced with integrity and attention to detail.

All our menu items are made to order with the freshest ingredients we can source.
